Following deliberations in June, a final version of Our 10-Year Plan will be available online and in Wellington City Libraries from 28 July.

Plan ready for adoption

Councillors will consider submissions, feedback from their communities and Council staff recommendations to agree to a Long-term Plan for 2018–28.

Oral Hearings and Oral Forums
Submitters who wish to speak to their submission can either do so at an oral forum or an oral hearing.
An oral forum will provide submitters with the opportunity to openly discuss their submission with elected members and other submitters. It is designed to be more engaging and occur during lunch breaks or after work.
An oral hearing will provide submitters with the opportunity to speak to all elected members for a prescribed period of time.
Submitters will be provided with an opportunity to speak to their submission between Tuesday 22 May and Thursday 24 May. The forums are open for the public to attend.

Have your say on how we shape Wellington’s future. There are four ways you can have your say on Our 10-Year Plan:
- Online - fill in the submission form by clicking on the "have your say" icon
- Mail - download the form from this website or pick up a copy of the submission from your local library or our Service Centre and freepost back to Wellington City Council
- Social Media - post your view on our Facebook page using #WgtnPlan
- By email - Email your submission to buslongtermplan@wcc.govt.nz.
Consultation closes on Tuesday 15 May.
