I do not believe money invested in a master cycle plan is the best use of rate payers money - particularly as most are unlikely to use them and the benefits therefore limited. Fix what most use - buses, trains and roads. Spend in infrastructure is wisest

Get back to core services. Given you have competing priorities that will cost more than your income, look to cut back discretionary or non-essential spend. Bike paths are not essential. Rainbow crossings are not essential.
